A COORDINATED EFFORT
The Sweeny Hub Phase 2 Expansion (SHP-2) included two NGL fractionation plants. The completed plants have a combined capacity of 300,000 barrels per day (BPD), quadrupling the processing capacity at the Phillips 66 facility.
Utilizing S&B’s industry experts and deploying our Managing with Certainty© execution philosophy, the team worked together to deliver unprecedented results. The successful completion of this project was made possible by cultivating strong relationships at every level and prioritizing safety and efficiency throughout the project’s life cycle.
